it all depends ice will help if you have swelling, and heat is mainly to relax any tense areas. if somedays you have swelling use ice, if you are just feeling tight use the heat.

I have to say after going to the chiropractor when my neck / back is hurting, I have instant relief. There is something wonderful about a good adjustment with a massage just before.

@oxsideswipexo yea i wanted to know the same thing and i just try both its winter know so i try to go out side and run the water in to a kiddy pool and soke in there then come in side and take a hot bath thats what im thinking about doing but i just might go to the creek and do it then come in side rather than wating all day for the pool to fill up
